To allow members to try out the Fitness Centre all memberships can be cancelled within 30 days of joining by written notice. For all cancellations, a minimum charge of £20 will be payable for membership during the 30 day period.

Existing staff members of the main Fitness Centre at University Park Campus can use KMC Fitness Centre for free under their current membership agreement.

To use the KMC Fitness Centre, you will require your University Card (“the Blue card”). If you do not currently hold this card, you will need to obtain one before you can join and access the Fitness Centre. Once you have your University card and have joined then you are free to use the Fitness Centre at your convenience during opening hours. As part of your induction, we will also obtain your photograph to assist us with identification. Members can gain entry to the Fitness Centre by swiping their University card on the entrance door card scanners. After validation, the door will open to grant access.

The entrance to the fitness centre is monitored by CCTV cameras and any misuse by members will result in a 30 day forfeit in membership privileges.
